Welcome to the Cobb County Water System website. Throughout this site, we want to provide information about our services, programs and projects that will demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent service and protecting the environment.

Cobb County Water System provides water, sewer and stormwater management services to more than 680,000 people in households and businesses. As a retail drinking water distributor to over 170,000 customer accounts our service area of 348 square miles includes the unincorporated portions of Cobb County and the cities of Acworth and Kennesaw. In addition, we provide wastewater treatment services to all of Cobb County including the cities of Austell, Marietta, Powder Springs and Smyrna, and small portions of Bartow, Cherokee, Douglas and Fulton counties and the City of Atlanta.

The Cobb County Water System has been nationally recognized as an industry leader in service delivery, environmental protection, facility operations, and maintenance and expansion of infrastructure. We take pride in these achievements and look forward to continuing to serve you.
