Cobb Water customer accounts have several payment options including Automatic Bank Draft and "Payments On-Line". Customers are able to access account information and payments can be posted directly on the Internet. To access your account online click here or visit the Account Access section.
Important Note: Online Payments are posted the following business day, therefore, accounts past due more than 20 days should contact the Call Center during regular business hours at (770) 423-1000 to make payment. Call Center hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. (Currently our Payment System does not support the web browser Firefox. For successful interaction please use Internet Explorer)
Important Note:
New or Change in Service
Customers may call for new service by phone Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or in person at the Customer Service Facility until 5 p.m.). We ask that you provide notification 24-hours prior to the date of new or change in service. For new service, a one-time deposit is required. Any applicable service fees and the deposit must be paid prior to service establishment.
Senior Citizen’s Discount
To receive a discount, customers must be at least 65 years old with an income less than $14,000 per year. An affidavit must be completed and notarized prior to approval.
