At the Cobb County Water System, we provide our customers the opportunity to access their accounts online. This option not only allows you to see current and past consumption amounts and past billing statements, but also allows you the opportunity to pay your bill now at no additional charge. Additionally, we offer an Interactive Voice Response System. This service allows customers to access account information and Water System services by phone during non-business hours. Customers are able to check their balance, review recent payment history, make payments by credit and debit card, and learn about current Water System programs and initiatives. The system can be activated by a touch-tone phone or voice in either Spanish or English. To access the Interactive Voice Response System, please dial (770) 423-1000.
